1. Agreement and eligibility
These draft terms would govern access to Phantom websites, accounts, software, courses, content, support, and related services once approved. Users must meet the final age, authority, and location requirements.
2. Product status and beta access
Products may be available, in beta, in development, or coming soon. Beta terms must disclose whether access is free or paid, available and unfinished features, possible data resets, potential price changes, feedback methods, and that participation does not guarantee permanent free access.
3. Accounts and seats
Users are responsible for accurate information, secure credentials, and activity under their accounts. A user means one named person. Account sharing, unauthorized access, and attempts to bypass seat limits are prohibited. Unused seats may be reassigned only under approved plan rules.
4. Billing and plan changes
Monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans renew annually until canceled. Users may cancel future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund, and access generally continues through the paid billing period unless stated otherwise. Prices may change with advance notice. Taxes may be added where required. Upgrades, downgrades, billing-frequency changes, seat changes, invoice access, and payment-method updates should follow the rules shown before confirmation.
5. Customer content and data
Customers retain ownership of their original uploaded information. They grant Phantom the limited rights needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service according to approved privacy and product settings. Export, deletion, and post-cancellation retention rules must be documented for each service.
6. AI-generated content notice
AI-assisted results may contain errors. Users must review outputs before relying on them. AI output is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Users are responsible for how generated content is used and should enter sensitive information only where appropriate protections exist.
7. Acceptable use
Users may not use Phantom for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, malware, unauthorized system access, copyright infringement, spam, impersonation, misuse of customer or employee data, or attempts to disrupt Phantom or third-party services.
8. Third-party services
Phantom may depend on Stripe, Netlify, Google, Microsoft, email providers, cloud-storage providers, analytics providers, and AI providers. Phantom does not control every provider’s availability, security, or policies. Third-party terms may also apply.
9. Service availability
Phantom is designed for reliable access, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, security issues, third-party services, or technical failures. No 100% uptime guarantee is made. Enterprise commitments apply only through signed agreements.
10. Education services
Certificates are certificates of completion only. Courses do not provide professional licenses, college credit, guaranteed employment, or guaranteed career results. Course availability and refund rules may vary and should be shown before purchase.
11. Suspension and termination
Phantom may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, material breach, or protection of users and services. Final terms should define notice and appeal processes where appropriate.
12. Disclaimers and liability
Final warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute terms, governing law, and organization-contract rules require legal review and must not be activated from this draft.
